What you provide
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, area of interest and message. Your company or project name is optional. We use this information to respond and discuss whether we can help.
How the enquiry reaches us
The website submits your details to our server. When email delivery is connected, the server passes the enquiry to our email delivery provider for delivery to info@nextgenius.com.au. Our hosting and email services process information needed to operate and deliver the request. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Delivery confirmation
The form shows confirmation only when our email provider accepts the message for delivery. If it cannot confirm acceptance, it shows an error. Provider acceptance does not guarantee that an email has reached the inbox; you can contact us directly if you need to follow up.
What to leave out
Please do not include passwords, payment details, identity documents, health information or confidential customer records. We can discuss a suitable way to exchange project materials later.
